Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

T-MedInfo does not sell personal information for money. We show ads from Google AdSense. When Google and its certified ad vendors use cookies on this site to personalize ads, this may count as a “sale” of personal information, or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Other U.S. state privacy laws may treat it as “targeted advertising.” The information involved is online identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address), device and browser information, and the pages you view on this site.

You have the right to opt out. We honor opt-outs from every U.S. visitor, whatever state you live in.

How to opt out

  1. Use your privacy choices. Choose to opt out in the window that opens. Your choice is saved in this browser.
  2. Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out for that browser. Learn about GPC.
  3. Email us at support@true-medinfo.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line, or use our Contact Us form. You do not need an account. Ad cookies are tied to your browser, not to your name, so options 1 and 2 take effect fastest. If you email us, we will stop any sale or sharing of information linked to your email address within 15 business days, and we will explain how to complete the opt-out in your browsers.

What happens after you opt out

  • You will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized: based on the page you are viewing and your general location, not on your browsing history.
  • We also turn off Google Analytics for this browser: it stops collecting data about your visits here.
  • Your opt-out applies to the browser and device where you made it. Repeat it on other browsers and devices, and again if you clear your cookies.
  • You can also limit personalized ads from Google in My Ad Center and from many other ad companies at optout.aboutads.info.
  • We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
  • An authorized agent may submit an opt-out for you by email with your signed permission.
